Follow the Step-by-Step Below to Get Your Power Meter Ready for Servicing

Sending in Your Cycling Power Meter

You must have a Return Authorization (RA) set up before sending in your power meter. If you do not have a RA, please visit our PowerTap Service page to select the service you would like to have performed on your power meter and complete your checkout.

Include a copy of your paperwork in the box and write your RA number on the outside of the box in multiple places. You will receive free return ground shipping with any power meter service.

Wheel Service Instructions
  • Remove your tire, tube, cassette and any wheel magnets.
  • Please ship complete wheel.
  • Do not disassemble wheel before shipping.
  • Inspect wheel for damage before shipping to ensure rim and hub are not damaged and are in good working order for service.
  • Place packaged wheel in wheel box and ship to:

Pedal Service Instructions
*Pedals must be serviced together. Please be sure to mail both left and right pedal in even if you have a single sided system.
  • Remove pedals from crankset.
  • Inspect for damage before shipping to ensure pedals are not damaged and are in good working order for service.
  • Place packaged pedals in shipping box and ship to:

Chainring Service Instructions
  • Remove crankset from bicycle.
  • Remove C1 chainrings from crankset.
  • Inspect product for damage before shipping to ensure chainrings are not damaged and are in good working order for service.
